Delivery Address Guidelines

Please keep the following in mind when choosing your shipping address:

We do not deliver to:

• Private Bags
• Great Barrier Island
• Chatham Islands

Roof Boxes & Rooftop Tents:

These bulky items can have extended delivery times.

Tip: Sending your order to your workplace can help speed up delivery and ensures someone is available to sign for the goods.

Shipping Timeframes

"In Stock at Roof Racks Galore - Ships Today"

Orders placed before 3pm on business days will usually leave our warehouse the same day.

Please allow one extra day for large or bulky items to be collected by the freight carrier.

"In Stock at Distribution Centre - Ships in 1–2 Working Days"

These items are shipped from a third-party warehouse and may take 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Orders Paid by Bank Deposit

Orders will be processed once funds clear, which can take up to 2 working days depending on your bank.

Public Holidays & Weekends

Couriers and freight providers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
